Big I Nebraska is thrilled to offer the 5-course Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist (AFIS) designation program via live webinars! This specialized program is tailored to meet the unique needs of agribusiness, farm, and ranch clients, equipping you with the expertise to stand out in this niche market


This AFIS Farm Property class will be taught by Casey Roberts, ACSR, AFIS, CIC. In order to earn CE or designation credits, you will need to attend all 3 hours and reply to all polls throughout the day. 


State CE credit is approved in Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa and Kentucky.  (Other States pending)

AFIS 5: Miscellaneous Farm Insurance Lines 

Like all industries, farming and agribusiness operations are being subjected to increased levels of scrutiny in areas that have not traditionally considered exposures. Exposures arising from pollution liabilities, management liability such as employment practices liabilities, and crime are just some of the areas that must be reviewed and addressed when crafting an insurance program that properly protects farming operations. This course focuses on identifying these exposures and addressing them through risk management techniques and specialized insurance coverages.
