Join us November 10th for our last Women in Insurance in Nebraska (WIN) webinar of the year!
This event is part of a series designed to foster networking, idea sharing, and professional development among female peers across the state and nationwide.
I Thought We Were Allies
Jenn Urso, Presenter
As women’s initiatives continue to rise, a hard truth can sit beneath the surface. Sometimes, our biggest blockers aren’t systems or structures, but each other. Collaboration can quietly turn into comparison, and support into judgment. This is likely shaped by years of limited access to visibility and leadership, and it's a force that can run deep.
In this conversation, we’ll name the realities of how women can slip into judgement and explore how to navigate moments when trust frays and tensions rise, especially when it comes from someone who was expected to be an ally. This isn’t about blame nor is it about forced bonding.
It’s about developing awareness, courage, and skill to lead with clarity and self-respect when relationships get complicated, and to take this into the way we truly support our women peers.
