Big I Nebraska is thrilled to offer the 5-course Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation program via live webinars in collaboration with Big I New Jersey!

The CRIS continuing education program provides specialized expertise in construction insurance and risk management, increasing the competence and credibility for agents who sell or underwrite insurance for contractors. 

State CE credit is pending in Nebraska.

CRIS Part 1 - Commercial Liability Insurance for Contractors

The commercial general liability (CGL) policy includes three coverage parts: bodily injury and property damage (Coverage A), personal and advertising injury (Coverage B), and medical payments (Coverage C). Contractors can use all coverage parts, but Coverage A is the most significant for them. This course reviews the basic policy’s coverage parts, key provisions, conditions, insurance limits, and customizable endorsements.
