At the conclusion of this Program, the licensee will be better able to identify exposures for their contractor clients that are associated with the contracts their clients enter into and will be better able to determine how the coverages of the Commercial General Liability Policy, the Business Auto Policy and the Workers Compensation And Employers Liability Policy meet these contract provisions/requirements. The licensee will be better able to counsel their contractor clients as to how coverages match indemnification/hold harmless agreements, waivers of subrogation, limitation of liability provisions, exculpatory provisions and insurance requirements. The licensee will be provided an outline for use during the Program as well as for future reference.
